Absolutely disgusted. I sent a package to mackay full of Easter eggs to my family only to have it arive and have every single egg broken. Not just broken but crushed. I spent $68 on sending this package and the state it turned up in is, as if I went to the tip. I will never be using this company again and will be letting people I know not to use them either.

Placed an online order at 10am assigned a pickup somewhere between there and 5 pm. Contacted to local office at 5.25 and was advised that online orders had absolutely nothing to do with them and the pick up would be from Sydney. No problem contact Sydney and advised the driver was just running late due to Christmas but that there was no problem and pick up would occur on the day booked. Then received an email from local office, 8 hours after making the original booking that my item would not be picked up because it contained perfume ( dangerous goods even though I get perfume delivered through the mail) when I became a bit upset at having waited all day to find this out I was then advised by the local office nothing to do with them, even though the email was from them. Contact Sydney who have now at this point all gone home( 6.40pm at this stage). So now I’m guaranteed not to have my approx $70 delivery not arrive for Christmas unless I pay approx $400 for the privilege. Sorry pack & send worst customer service ever. 😢 Thankyou for your response but as I said earlier my issue isn’t about being able to send perfume or not it’s the fact that you took 8 hours to tell me that.I also understand it was an online booking but it was your office who told me 8 hours after the booking and not half an hour after I spoke to you personally.

Organised a parcel pick up, they said somewhere between 9 and 5, still waiting a day later and all I get from them is "just wait longer"....what a joke.

So annoyed sent a present from a group of work colleagues to one of our colleagues who had just had a baby The parcel was sent to Coffs Harbour area from Wollongong area Picked up on Monday 17th August Still no sign of the parcel it’s been in transit 8 days now Ringing Wollongong pack and send they say oh it’s in Coffs Harbour we are awaiting courier to get back to us I’m sick of ringing I’m betting if the present 💝 ever arrives it will be squashed or broken Not happy at all with lack of concern lack of follow up generally lack of care Will not use them again
