As an essential service provider, we’re committed to keep delivering your parcels - with health and safety measures that will ensure the well-being of all parties.

Our Service Centres provide a full personalised service, handling everything for you, saving you time trouble and money. Here’s how we can make sure your pickups and deliveries are contactless: 

  1. Sender books directly by phone or email with your local Service Centre where pickup instructions and time are arranged.
  2. Pickup instructions can be Sender leaving parcel or goods in a safe place for driver to collect, OR if Sender is home, PACK & SEND can phone or text message you on arrival where you leave your items at a location and back away more than 1.5 metres for driver to collect.
  3. Driver collects freight and handles items hygienically. If required, items professionally packed at our Service Centre.
  4. Parcel(s) shipped to final destination through our multiple carriers who undertake their contactless delivery procedures with recipient.

N.B: PACK & SEND’s automated online self-service bookings for pre-packed parcels are collected directly by one of our carrier partners and their contactless pickup process may vary.
