I would like to express my deep disappointment towards Pack & Send and how the company has been handling my problem. Today is the 20th of February, it is been now 27 days since I posted my package at a Pack & Send store located in Kings Cross, Sydney, to be shipped to Currie, Tasmania (it was posted on the 25th of January). At this stage, I have no track number; I have no idea about where my pack is. I received an email from Pack & Send on the 6th of February stating that my pack was successfully delivered. The CSR has been asking me since a week ago to wait as my pack was delivered to an agent in Currie that would contact me to arrange delivery. I’ve already asked for refund of goods and freight. It was denied by the CSR – she told me the pack was due to be delivered on Friday 15/02 (almost a week ago). I’ve opened a formal complaint (reference number CC-550, I have not heard anything at all about it so far. I hope no one goes through everything that I am going through, it has been my worst experience due to the lack of responsibility towards my package. I sincerely would like to have this problem solved. I would like to get refunded for freight and costs of good. Besides, compensation for all the time that I have spent and stress that I have been through so far trying to solve this issue.

Beware of their offers. They pretend to send it online but cancel your order, then force you to come to their office and take a more expensive and longer delivery. I still have problems with the invoicing 3 months after the delivery!!!!! A shame for the price.

Excellent.. I have used twice for awkward packages and they have done a perfect job.. Exactly what they say, 'pack and send' . Much easier than wrestling with your own boxes and Australian Post. Thanks.

Pack and Send Adamstown are rude, arrogant, unprofessional and completely dishonest. I used them in March this year where they picked up 60 liters of cleaning solution from QLD and delivered to Newcastle and was charged $96.00. That order was fine but this week I got them to deliver only 40 liters of the same solution, was quoted over the phone between $40 to $50 then they took my credit card details and charged me $15.2.00. When I tried to ask why the difference the franchise owner just kept saying it was dangerous goods with 50% surcharge and when I said it was identical safety data sheet as my March order he just kept saying he does not keep records. This guy was seriously arrogant and would not budge so I say DO NOT TRUST these guys, they are criminals.

In August of 2016 I was given the contact details for Pack & Send Sydney by the PS Team I have developed a relationship with in the UK. The Sydney team, led by Tony, did a great job for me. They picked up 3 broken/torn boxes full of breakables and valuables, re-packed them for me and shipped them quickly and safely to Dubai. The service was absolutely great value for money. This week, I got back in touch with Tony (we've still not met) and was treated as if I was their biggest customer and not someone that no-one knew, or could remember from last year. They collected a mish-mash of goods from a Sydney location for me, re-packed them in to lighter boxes and have shipped them to the UK. Pack & Send is a really great courier/shipping service that I'm glad we found. Tony and the team in Sydney couldn't be more helpful, try harder to provide a great customer experience and nor could the service they provide be better value for money. If you are in Sydney and not using Tony and his team at Pack & Send for your local, national and international courier/shipping requirements, then be kind to yourself and make a change; you'll be glad you did.
