The painting I had purchased online in Sydney was carefully and well packed. It arrived half way around the world in perfect condition. Tracking was easy; the office called to let me know it was on its way. And furthermore, it arrived earlier than the estimated day! I will insist on Pack & Send for any significant item to be shipped from Australia.

Jason was the most helpful and polite person I could have hoped to deal with when I called Pack and Send Sydney city. I was trying to help an international guest to Aust retrieve an item left on a plane. The item was in Syd, we were in Tasmania and the item needed to be in Melbourne. So not an easy ask but Wonderful Jason made it all happen with calls, txt and emails. The result was Excellent and I'm very happy and proud that Jason and I could make this happen for a very distressed visitor. 5 star service. Thank You.

I was very disappointment towards how Pack & Send handled my problem. It took them 27 days to ship my package from Sydney (NSW) to Currie (TAS). My package was firstly sent to the wrong depot (Hobart), I couldn’t track it most of this time due to a series of issues. The CSR keeps asking you to wait and doesn’t give you enough information, which shows a lack of responsibility and respect towards your goods. In the end my issue was solved and my package was delivered after escalating the problem, although I wish I didn’t have to get to that point.

Beware of their offers. They pretend to send it online but cancel your order, then force you to come to their office and take a more expensive and longer delivery. I still have problems with the invoicing 3 months after the delivery!!!!! A shame for the price.
