I found that the tracking is poor. No real useful information about the progress. I want to know where it is geographically and a better estimate of the arrival time.

Sent a large fragile box from Moorabbin to Cairns. It arrived in five days and was in great condition. The staff at both ends were very helpful. Will use again for sure.

Staff are always helpful and goods always arrive on time and in perfect condition. Costs are very reasonable making Pack and Send my courier of choice. Also I love the fact that you can pack yourself at home and get a discount by booking on line or they can do all that for you at their depots. Great service!

No package was not picked up on time but this was not pac and sends fault, tracking imfo was spot on, they gave me regular updates and what countries they were waiting in
