In The Community

At PACK & SEND, the vast majority of our Service Centre network is independently owned and operated by local business people. As a result, community involvement is an integral part of our business. We strive to have a real positive impact, supporting local charitable and community based organisations whenever possible across Australia.

We have a proud tradition of making a difference in the lives of others, whether it's our franchisees giving their time or expertise to contribute to a better local community or our network joining forces to support a major cause. We are proud to be able to play our part in so many community initiatives, including those outlined below.

Sustainability

PACK & SEND understands sustainability is an important issue. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and building a more sustainable business. We work closely with our suppliers and government on long term sustainability initiatives.

PACK & SEND is a signatory of the Australian Packaging Covenant (APC), a voluntary initiative by government and industry to reduce the environmental effects of packaging. The APC aims to minimise the environmental impacts arising from the disposal of used packaging, conserve resources through better design and production processes and facilitate the re-use and recycling of used packaging materials. You can learn about more about the APC on their website.
