Seem nice enough to talk to, but not sure about prices? Was quoted $71 to send a computer cable from Cockburn to Kalgoorlie overnight, but called two other pack and send and were quoted $40. So went elsewhere.

We had our boxes shipped via sea freight with the Bibra Lake Pack and Send on October 9th, 2017. They seemed nice enough and helpful leading up to the payment and pick-up; they answered all our questions and helped us choose sea freight versus airfreight for our personal items that we wanted to ship for our move to the U.S. Ken helped by even coming to our house to pick the boxes up himself and gave me the quote for 10 boxes estimated (250 kilos, 1.29 cubic meters). I however only had 8 boxes so he said that he would get back to the office and send me a new quote but that of course it wasn't going to be more than the quote for 10 which by the way was $984.20 AUD. My updated invoice was $1100. I was told it was because he had to put them on a pallet and that cost extra. So... frustrating but still cheaper than some other agents I'd had quotes from. Two weeks later at 7:20 in the morning Ken calls and asks me if I have packed any food items. It's plain and clear on our packing list: 1 jar of Vegemite and 2 packs of TimTams in Box #8. He sees it and confirms yes, it's there written in English but he didn't see it before and that you can not ship food via sea. It will have to be unloaded in Singapore and taken out. He calls back later in the day to tell me that it will cost $385 for the unloading in Singapore. I was shocked so I double check ALL our paperwork and it never says anything about food items. So my husband called to ask why we are being held responsible for this to which Ken replys that if we don't it will cost thousands in the US for us and everyone else who's sharing the container. Still not my problem so he says, don't worry if we can't pay it now, just let him know when we are able. Another three weeks go by and my husband gets an email from Ken saying if we don't pay for the removal of the Vegemite and TimTams that he will have our shipment held in Singapore. We paid it of course. We we're supposed to receive our items by the 12th December. We didn't, which I can understand it being around the holidays, but on the 12th of January we start wondering where they are and make some calls to find out they've been in Oklahoma City for over a week waiting for us and we had never once been notified via email or phone. It is now the 6th of February and we finally have an apartment and have started unpacking. Guess what I found? A jar of Vegemite... I am SO disgusted with all of this terrible service. We could have paid for air freight by the time we had all these hidden charges from Ken who never gave me a receipt for paying these fees. All I have are bank statements saying these transactions have been approved. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pack and Send can write it off like I'm a nobody customer but already I have been asked by two other sets of families that were immigrating who to use as a shipping agent. I steered them far away from Bibra Lake Pack and Send and was able to give them advice on who to try instead from all my previous research.

Really lucky to have the excellent Pack & Send Bibra Lake minutes from my home! There was a system error when I booked online and I never received any documents though payment had gone through. The webpage showed an error message and gave a number at Pack & Send HQ to contact. However, no one answered and the phone just rang out. I then contacted Pack & Send Bibra Lake, and spoke to Shay who was very helpful. She checked her system and confirmed that payment was received. After I dropped off the parcels (as per my booking), Shay helped me sort out the rest. The delivery took only five business days to reach Sydney. I will definitely use Pack & Send Bibra Lake again and will recommend to everyone!
