Was provided with additional wrapping / packing to protect the delivery as well as fragile stickers at no extra cost. This is not about Pack and Send as once the package is picked up by the freight company, it is out of their hands, but if they insist on using UPS as a default on their on line booking system without offering an option, be warned Pack and Send, you will lose customers. This following review has been posted on UPS's facebook page, and google reviews. Here is the story of two packages. Both sent from Perth Western Australia to Singapore, same day, same freight agent. One went via DHL, the other via UPS. DHL's package was delivered three days later, UPS's on the other hand still had not been picked up by then. It then spent five days sitting in the Singapore warehouse being scanned twice a day, with nothing more than some cryptic note that an import licence was required (never has been before), and with no attempt to contact us or the recipient. After two phone calls, the call centre in the Phillipines gave us some convoluted round about story about Singapore Customs needing to inspect the package for dutiable items (again, never having to be needed before). Eventually, the package was cleared the next day, and delivered that evening. This is by far not the first drama we've had with UPS, but it will be the last as we will never ever again intentionally use this totally unprofessional and completely disorganised clown show.

Awesome, awesome service! I went to their Shop first and asked for a quote, which I was given immediately + how long it would take to send something to Switzerland and all other relevant information. Then, sending of the parcel was without a problem as well, I got a tracking number too and the parcel was there in 6 days! I can't recommend Pack&Send enough and will certainly use it again for sure!
