Thank you to Marc and Michelle for their help with packaging and sending our artworks this week. We have our own courier account and they were so obliging, packing everything for us, sending us the details we’d need to give the courier and then printing and adding the consignment notes to our parcels and handing over the packages to our courier at no extra cost. They really went over and above and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I’ll certainly be using them again! Thank you!

If you are going to send luggages - be aware that if you drop it off at this store they will make you box it in and pay for the new dimensions & boxes. So you’ll be better off having them picked up if you have luggage as they would not request it to be boxed in. I don’t understand why I needed to box my luggage up at drop off but it’s not needed at pick up requests. Furthermore they debited my card for extra costs after my visit without my permission so be wary about that.

I booked online on a Wednesday two parcels for collection on the Thursday for same day delivery in metro Melbourne. Goods were labelled and ready for pickup at 8:00am on the Thursday morning. By 5:30pm the goods had not been picked up yet. At 5:45pm an automated email arrived to mention that the PackSend automated system had not detected the pickup and to contact their office with a number provided for more information or assistance. I did so immediately only to receive an answering message message saying their offices are only open until 5:30pm! The goods were required to be ready for the customer first thing Friday morning. I called PackSend first thing on the Friday morning and they were very apologetic the pickup and delivery did not occur and rebooked it for me urgently for that day (Friday). By 1:00pm still no pickup so I telephoned and their helpline was unable to assist in advising when the pickup would be and that it could be right up until 7pm. I waited until 4:00pm and still nothing so called again to advise that the delivery address would now have to be changed to a home address as there would be nobody to receive the goods at the factory as it would be closed. The assistant on the phone advises me that they are unable to change delivery locations online and that all I could do was go online and cancel my booking and submit a new one. Given this had already failed to eventuate yesterday I was reluctant to try the online service again and asked if there was anyone who was able to either make the simple change of delivery online or attempt to contact the courier company to advise them of this. I was advised that SendPack are unable to do this and it seems that SendPack are unable to assist in any way apart from just suggesting I cancel the booking. The simple process of using SendPack for a simple $25 parcel delivery of will now cost me in excess of $200 due to tradesmen fees I will have to pay the parcel recipient for the parcel not showing up. After 30 years of using couriers and transport services in industry it appears to me that PackSend is no more than a simple intermediary between customers and independent couriers and unable to provide a reliable courier service if required. I would definitely not recommend using PackSend if this is typical of the quality (for lack of a better word) of service provided. You get what you pay for and in my case, it was nothing.

I had to post a round table to Sydney, not the easiest thing to post nor the cheapest but Michelle did everything she could to not only ensure my table arrived in Sydney safely but also at the most affordable price. I initially requested an online quote but then called and spoke directly to Michelle (I recommend calling instead of online). I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalised email from Michelle, informing me my table had arrived in Sydney (approx 24hrs later). Excellent service! Would use again!
Emailed 3 times for a basic quote and no response - there are better options elsewhere.

I don't understand the poor reviews here. I picked up my CRT monitor from this store yesterday. The staff were friendly, offered a trolley to get it to my car, and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Very smooth transaction.
