Fuel Surcharge for Contract Customers Only

Due to the volatile nature of global oil production, and local fluctuations of fuel prices, PACK & SEND applies a fuel surcharge to shipments both domestic and international.

Note: for customers who obtain a personalised quote or make an online self-service booking, you will always receive pricing that is inclusive of all fuel costs (i.e. no surcharge will be added to your quoted price). 

PACK & SEND Business customers with Contracted Rates do not include fuel.

This approach allows PACK & SEND to provide our customers with consistent and transparent pricing.

Fuel surcharges are updated at the beginning of every calendar month.

PACK & SEND’s Domestic fuel surcharge is a charge applied to shipments moving within Australia and reflects changes to local fuel prices and their associated costs.

PACK & SEND’s International fuel surcharge is a charge applied to both imports to and exports from Australia. This surcharge reflects changes to global fuel prices and their associated costs.
