Poor customer service. Called up to try arrange a time to pick up my parcel and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently it's "not his problem".

The guy helping me was so friendly, kind, and helpful! He helped me package up and send a big box home internationally to the US for a very great cost. Would definitely go back to them for any shipping needs! Highly recommend.

Please come here if you want to be treated extremely rudely over the phone and yelled at with things like 'not my problem!' and other lovely words. I then asked for help and they hung up on me! I have never had a company hung up on me when asking for help. Great customer service guys, keep it up.

I often use Pack and Send Pyrmont and highly recommend this service. I often purchase china and I have never received an item which has been broken during transport. The service is also efficient and there is always someone to speak to about delivery progress.

Near flawless transaction ... parcel was most appropriately protected (delicate art work) and reasonable SH cost. Minor improvement - send the tracking timely and allow the courier to allow a 2nd attempt to deliver.
