To help you get your parcels delivered before the Christmas break, we’ve produced the following guide of the last posting dates for our services that will save you time, trouble and money.

Courier networks will be handling an extra surge of deliveries in the lead up to Christmas due to peak shopping season and the ongoing impacts of COVID-19. So as always, we recommend sending your parcels as early as possible to give you the best chance of delivery before the big day.

Booking through a Service Centre:

Especially when it’s urgent, we highly recommend booking your parcels and freight through your local PACK & SEND Service centres. The friendly freight experts at your local PACK & SEND will provide you with unrivalled service and up-to-the-minute advice on the best way to send your items to meet your deadline and your budget.

Depending on your destination, they’ll be able to help you with urgent deliveries to arrive on or before Thursday 24th December.

Booking through Online Self Service:


Domestic courier services booked and collected via our Online Self-Service system on or before the following dates will arrive on or before Thursday 24th December.

Please note that due to increased volume and carrier backlogs we cannot guarantee delivery on or before 24th December if you book service after these dates.


International Express services booked via our Online Self-Service system on or before Wednesday 18th December (to major metropolitan destinations) will arrive on or before Tuesday 24th December.
