My apologies for the delayed review - I shipped 9 heavy pieces MEL-SIN in May 2022. I really would like to thank Marc for all his help. He was lovely to deal with, and quoted me fairly and within my means, and those of his business. I was really impressed with the pick up experience. Where I had other end-to-end removalists saying it would take more than 3 weeks to schedule a pick up (well after my intended departure), Marc was there for me on my schedule. He also spent time with me the next day in the shop to ensure my contents fit export requirements and all. I was slow to track my contents on the website provided, but super surprised to see it all flew on the same day as me! I was also able to track on the DHL website, which had a bit more detail, but wasn’t truly clear either. Only small snag was that the air freight provider, DHL, required me to fill in a GST exemption form upon customs clearance in SIN which we weren’t aware of, so took two more days to receive my items, but it worked out perfectly anyways. All up, it was ~10 days total shipping time door-to-door. My items arrived absolutely filthy and bashed on the outside, but luckily everything was in perfect condition inside - not one crack or scratch on any glass or other items (even though it was obvious Singapore customs went through absolutely everything too). There was completely nothing the team at Pack & Send could account for on that front, but I strongly recommend heavy duty and tight insulation for your items! All up, I highly recommend working with Marc :)

One of the worst shipping companies I've ever dealt with. I specifically informed the person that the Crate I was shipping was part of the shipment and that it is fragile and valuable. I was assured that the item will be safely packaged AND bubble-wrapped. When I received the item it was very badly damaged and when I called I was told that they couldn't wrap it because customs would open it. Keep in mind I wasn't told that, and they decided to ship the item anyway and take over 2,500 bucks. I was also told that nothing can be done because I did not pay for insurance and I wasn't even told that this is an option I could go for. Extremely dodgy way of handling things and it shows they really don't care about the service so long as they get money in their pockets. Rest assured I will not be using this service again and I will spread the word of this poor service. What a shame.

Very unprofessional, I emailed a request for quote and when I had not received a reply after a day I called the number supplied to enquire. The woman I spoke to swore at me under her breathe when I asked about my quote and then immediately put me on hold. When she came back online the quote consisted of 'errrr arrrrgh probably over two grand' No phone manner, no detail. Obviously not interested

They were significantly more expensive than other quotes but are completely unreliable. Paid $1600 to get a pallet of personal items moved from Melbourne to Sydney. They have delivered on the wrong dates multiple times while no one was at home and have failed to deliver on the actual scheduled delivery date. I don't know if my items are ever going to arrive and if they will arrive in one piece.

I specifically asked for a sensitive freight of a server and received an inadequately packed and severely damaged $30,000 server. On their website, they say they provide sensitive freight services for servers, but I did not get that service at all and it cost us $30,000 in damaged equipment. They are also yet to offer any compensation.
