I recently used this service for the second time. Shane at Pack and Send provided helpful information by phone then came to give a first hand quote on sending china and a painting to the UK. His company gave me a very competitive quote which I accepted. He also provided advice about customs costs in UK. The goods took less time to get from Australia to UK than from the arrival spot to the destination. The move was achieved very successfully and within budget. I would certainly use Pack and Send services again.

Good price, excellent customer service and successful delivery of complex consignment - all a big tick... BUT these things are not the best part of my experience with Pack & Send - the best part was being able to have a face to face conversation with people who obviously knew what they were doing and took the worry out of getting this large, heavy, complicated shipment to Sydney. Compared to the other companies I got quotes from (who could barely spare me the time of day) Pack & Send were absolutely terrific. It is just great to do business with people who are excellent at what they do.

The team led by Shane are terrific. Up to any challenge! Their understanding of freight options, duties, customs etc, and their willingness to double-check possible hiccups in advance to make certain the hoped for result is achieved - well, all I can say is "Highly Recommended"!

Has different opening hours than what is listed here in google. I suggest updating your online listings to avoid wasting the transit time of more disappointed potential customers.

Today I received a small harp carefully packaged by the Hobart team of Pack and Send. Well wrapped and buffered and quickly delivered. It is one of many packages delivered by this firm over the years and all have always arrived safely.

This was a very disappointing and expensive experience. I had for paintings shipped from Australia to Los Angeles and ways charged $1200. I was never asked what I wanted as far as speed was concerned and I was not in a hurry to receive them and would have been happier with a slower postal service. They never got back to me after my emails. I always had to chase after them. Yes the paintings arrived within 3 days but I didn't want or expect them that quickly. I would explicitly and repeatedly insist on the shipping that you preferred amend if its not urgent be careful because you'll be charged through the nose. I may use a different company when it comes time to ship my remaining paintings.
