Took an item out of our car to measure for quote & claimed they had to make a special carton. Yet the carton available for sale in store fitted and then refused to sell the carton to us when we decided to pack it ourselves. Felt they were being deliberately dishonest.

STAY AWAY! Worst experience I have had ever! It has been 5 months since I made the horrible mistake of giving them my business, I am still out of pocket and wasting my valuable time with them.

WARNING!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! The most appalling experience I have had to date! They may seem courteous however their service is the slowest in the industry! An interstate consignment took two and a half weeks to reach it's destination...International consignments take less time! Never again!!! If I could rate no star I would but one is the lowest. I finally receive my items after 3 months of waiting and they are ruined. It has now taken me an extra 2 months filling out forms and chasing up the insurance claim and I have yet to be compensated for my loss! I can't believe companies like this are allowed to continue operating!

WARNING to all....do not use this company for overseas shipping. Tony Renshaw comes across as a lovely guy but as far as doing his job...it's a definite failure. My goods should have arrived in early March at the latest and instead I received my goods at the end of August. He doesn't answer e mails or reply to phone calls. He gave me the run around and told me a bunch of hog wash. I went to the head office and was told there were many people who had been waiting longer than me, so what does that tell you. I only got my goods sent because I contacted Consumer Affairs and that got him moving. Worst experience of my life and I have been shipping for over 20 years.....

At first I had a very good experience but then as soon as the loss of my package seemed to need a refund no-one at Pack n Send will answer my calls or reply to my emails any more. This was in June. I'm still waiting for my refund and every few weeks I try calling and emailing again, but alas there's no reply. Guys, I'm still waiting. Please get back to me. UPDATE: That was last June. Here we are in March 2019 and despite all my follow-ups, they've still not paid the refund or had the goods returned. Hopeless.

Great team that helps me to deliver my bike. Customer Service 5 stars, Excelent attention and patience. However the delivery service said that they would package properly the bike and just added nylon among it. The delivery look after the product but it had a minor scratch on one fork.
