I had a piece of art that was returned to Hilton SA by Victoria Harbor Art Show, as my usual courier - to my suprise - wouldn't do the collection. Pack and Send engaged Toll Ipec to collect and deliver to my mother's address in Melbourne for $140. This was collected by Toll on 25/1/2019 and has still not arrived at my mothers (11th February) . This is an issue I am taking up with Toll/The Ombudsman/Office of Fair Trade. According to conversations I had with Pack and Send they stated that they have had a lot of trouble of this nature with Toll. I am at a loss to understand why they would engage them if they are aware of the appalling history they have. At the very least I believe I should be refunded by freight charges.

Excellent customer service. Really helpful and friendly, especially as we don’t use couriers so we weren’t quite sure what to do. And really competitive prices.
