They did not protect my goods as it was agreed, instead they chose a light / thiner plastic protection, without telling me before sending it. Results: 2 surfboards damaged (one was brand new) and I will never be able to repair it as it was before. They did not answer back to my email.

My equipment is still with them two weeks after dropping off. They don't return calls, you will have to chase them up constantly. Do not use this branch, use Glenelg instead - you have been warned.

I am calling several times since more than a week to get my wallet sent to Switzerland. The agent promisses every time to get back on an email but she never does. I finally spoke with John this morning who should be the manager of this office who promissed to send me an email. Nothing received so far ... I wonder where the 5 stars rating come from ...

Terrible service received after initial quotation. Requested Air frieghted goods were still on office floor two weeks after leaving them with John ... Emails were never responded to and promised $50 compensation for bad service has still not been received , this is going back to March 2018 ... terrible way to run a business. Do not use them ....

Give them the go ahead to pick up goods for me. 5 weeks later they still havent even organised pick up. No comunication. No replys to my messages. Very dissapointed this isnt how you run a buisness

Been waiting a week for a quote. When I called to chase it up I was told that they get too many web site requestes to read but someone would call me that day. This hasn't happened 4 days later. I guess they don't need the business!

I took my goods in on Friday 16 Feb. was told they would be packed by end of next week. I rang Fri 23 told they would be done on Sat 24. I rang then was assured they would pack on Monday. Now it's Tuesday!!!! Very poor service. What am I supposed to do ??????
