Don't ever user this service. I paid almost $400 to Ian at this place to send a large parcel to the United States on February 25th and he assured me it would go in the next day and take about 3 days to arrive at its destination. On March 2nd I rang and spoke to Ian and he told me it had only been sent that day. He seemed both hurt and surprised when I said the service wasn't good enough, especially when I'd paid so much money and was told it would be sent by February 26th. Ian told me they'd had issues. I wish I'd seen the other negative reviews earlier to have avoided this since these issues must be continuous. I will never use Pack and Send again.

Don't ever use this service and now that I'm reading other reviews I wish I hadn't used it either. I paid almost $400 to send a large item to the US on February 25th and was told by Ian at the shop that it would go in the next day and take about 3 days to arrive. I rang on March 2nd to find out when the package was due to arrive since it hadn't arrived and Ian told me it was only sent today. When I told him it wasn't good enough he said they had other issues at the shop preventing him from sending it earlier. It seems from all the other people that have posted negative reviews with a similar experience that these issues are continuous. I will never use Pack and Send again as a result of this experience.

I purchased a painting from an excellent Adelaide artist during a trip to Australia just before Christmas. The artist used Pack & Send to courier the painting to my home in New Zealand. I just found out that the parcel has not been sent yet - this is incredibly inefficient. I would advise anyone considering using Pack and Send Adelaide to use an alternative company. NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE. After a week i emailed them to check up on the tracking of my item i sent and received no reply. I drove to the store to check in person and my product was still sitting there on the floor not even wrapped up yet. Its like dealing with sloths. They are so slow and have no idea what they are doing.

After receiving information from DHL about the open hours of this Pack And Send, and information from Google, decided to go this office, saturday morning to pick up a package. Arrived to a closed door with 'saturday opening hours' taken off the front door window. The website offers no opening hours information. My time wasted. Not impressed.

They did not protect my goods as it was agreed, instead they chose a light / thiner plastic protection, without telling me before sending it. Results: 2 surfboards damaged (one was brand new) and I will never be able to repair it as it was before. They did not answer back to my email.
