I recently used Pack & Send Spring Hill to collect a parcel in Brisbane and send it to my home in North QLD. I was a little concerned as I had to do this remotely, as I was not in Brisbane at the time. However, Carolynne was extremely helpful, and explained how everything would work and the cost involved up front. Two business days later, I had my parcel in hand. I could not be happier with the service and the outcome. Thankyou, Carolynne, you were a pleasure to interact with.

World class incompetence. Day 1: Left a package with them to send to an international client via UPS 3 day delivery. Day 16: Our client advises the package has not been received. Day 17 AM: Contact Pack n Send to be told their systems are down so they cannot track package but they will call back that afternoon. Day 17 PM: No return call. Call again in the afternoon but told systems are still down. Day 19 AM: Contact Pack n Send again to request status. Told they will check and get back. Day 19 PM: No return call. Call again in the afternoon. Told that the package has been overlooked at for the last 19 days has been sitting in their Spring Hill Office. I stress to them this needs to be sent ASAP as it is now 2 weeks overdue. They advise it will be sent out that day and will provide a tracking number. Day 20: No tracking number provided. Call Pack n Send. They advise the package has still not been sent but will be sent today. They provide a tracking number but advise it will not become active until shipped Day 21: Tracking number becomes active, which suggests it was only shipped on this day. 21 days after consignment. Our client relationship was damaged by this. Pack n Sabotage would be a more appropriate name.

My experience was good until I had to deal with your St Kilda store. It advertises Saturday hours until 12, and yet failed to open on Saturday at all. Anyone relying on pack and send to have any kind of professionalism in simply opening when they claim to ought not use pack and send st kilda. Disgraceful.

After weeks of making follow up calls to track the progress of my delivery the item was couried to Brisbane. No formal quotation disclosed prior to agreeing to accept costs verbally. Cost was honoured and friendly service received from staff in Brisbane. Collected my floor standing lamps and unwrapped only to find broken glass fixtures and broken bulbs in their fixtures due to lack of care in packing of item. Bulbs and glass fixtures should have been removed and packed separately. Upon informing branch of breakages the representative was dismissive and advised my issue as I didn’t opt for insurance and advised I don’t know what you expect from this complaint. My response was if a formal quote had been offered then I would have been able to review and note that insurance was a possibility. Put a written complaint together and extended to branch one week on with no response to the complaint at hand. Hold little faith in the ability to resolve complaint hence review lodgement now taking effect. Certainly don’t feel like a valued customer and would not recommend the service based upon my experience.
