I appreciate their friendly service. But the price I paid was ridiculously high compare to the ones I used previously. I had to send one page legal document (A4 size) urgently to South Korea last Thursday and they were the nearest on-site service. That's my fault maybe because I did not ask the price but assumed max $50 as I usually pay such amount for a similar services. I was wrong and I was asked to pay $91 when my letter was registered with them. Also, I want to mention that the delivery takes too long for bucks. They informed me (after I paid) that the delivery would take a week including customs clearance, but I expected a fastest delivery (3~4 business days) at this price. I don't know if this a week delivery is the new normal due to the COVID situation, but I assume that DHL would deliver business documents in their own courier. I wonder if any faster option wasn't available, or they just wanted to charge a full-fee to a walk-in customer. The tracking detail shows the document is still in Sydney. It may be delivered by this Friday, but I wouldn't use this service at this price again.

Helped get a testing kit package to US. Outstanding customer service with Jason to ensure it got there. Had a few hiccups with carrier but Jason was able to help get it sorted and got the parcel there. Relieved my concerns and dealt with the all the issues.

Was charged $474 for a 15kg package and promised a 10-15 business day delivery. Package did not arrive for 6 weeks and required me to email and ring PacknSend multiple times. There was no tracking of my available. Package finally arrived and the box had damage to it. Luckily my property was un damaged. When I complained I was promised that a manager would be in contact to speak to me, this did not occur. I would not recommend PacknSend to other people based on my experience.
