Unprofessional service. Drop off the item yesterday. The staff told me to leave the important document opened and unattended on the desk, where it was easy for other people to pick my important document. No update on tracking info now. Bad service centre. Avoid

I booked online and dropped a document at North Ryde/Marsfield shop for overseas destination, and there was only a single staff who was busy doing other things and asked me to leave my document on the unattended reception table with his back toward me. He asked me to leave the envelope unsealed because he needed to check the content. Who can guarantee that my document is secured? And after more than 24 hours, I tried to track my document, the website can't find it. It only says that information received without any other info where my document is. I don't know where it is. I am reluctant to use this service in the future and neither should you.

A terrible and backwards business with no new technology about looking in to anything. The man on the phone was extremely rude, impatient and didn’t have the time of day for one question let alone to probably be there. I don’t know who is at fault. Maybe update to better systems so people can enquire about anything or give this man a holiday or whatever because he ain’t a happy dude. A one minute phone call and I had to ask him to Calm down because he was very irritated and it wasn’t from me you can tell he’s either frustrated by unprofessional business or with life. I would suggest as a business to do something about your staffs wellbeing and get better systems or people management.

I had a hard time dealing with this branch. I sent a parcel overseas. I paid extra for packing and a palette because the parcel is fragile.Unfortunately, the product was broken when it arrived. It is my view that the palette and extra packing we agreed on were altered from what was agreed on.(I had a report from DHL and they confirmed to me there was no palette attached) The most surprising thing is when I confirm with the branch about the extra packing and palette I was sent a picture of a box with the palette. I claimed insurance for this issue. It took over 6 weeks to process when it should have taken this long. Promised timelines were not adhered to. Every time I asked about the insurance refund I was told, I will contact you within 2 hours and in many cases, I received no response. I have to keep contacting proactively and received excuses for the delays. I have sent many things in the past but have never had this happen before.and this was a rough and frustrating experience. Many alternative options are available.

Went there this morning not sure what is wrong with the staff , as soon as I told him I'm here to pick up a parcel, he sigh..., he then asked for pin code, I wasn't sure what he meant so i asked him what he means, he then raised his voice impatiently said phone phone.... and he kept starring at me like he's going hurt very rude and a scary experience....
