This mob would have to be the best courier I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Phil bent over backwards (mind out of the gutter dudes) to solve my logistical problems. He came up with the solution, not me. Cheaper, more efficient and you talk to a human, not a robot. Therefore I am going the extra yard to compliment them. As someone once mentioned to me, never take too much notice of 'Bad' feedback about a product or business because lazy arsed Australians only ever get fired up enough to leave feedback when it is 'Bad' Feedback. This is evident in 'Sharing' on and 'Petitions' Facebook.

No care and no responsibility! I went with Pack and Send after hearing bad reports about another local courier and I paid twice the price of the other carrier, but did not receive the service I paid for. The attitude of the service lady should of rang warning bells - condescending and rude to myself and another customer waiting. I packed very carefully my boxes wrapping everything individually with bubble wrap and packing/padding out boxes. For the breakages to occur the boxes must of been DROPPED HEAVILY. My initial quote requested insurance, however I now see that the manifest I signed did not include any insurance coverage - I should of taken more care reading before signing, but now believe the insurance was deliberately left out knowing that the service would result in a claim. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE - ALSO VERY EXPENSIVE.

Deplorable. After being assured that my items would reach the specified destination by the deadline for an event, they arrived 2 days late and the whole exercise was useless. When queried about it, the response was, in a nutshell, "Too Bad"! And now I am up for the expense of getting it back! My advice, don't bother with them, but if you have too, get some sort of guarantee in writing because their word is nothing!
