I've used pack and send in the past from other branches and they have been wonderful. That being said this branch has been absolutely terrible, they provide little to no information, getting accurate informative updates is like pulling teeth. The branch manager is incompetent to say the least, not only has this process been riddled with delays, I was even contacted by the third party transport company because pack n send didn't supply the relevant information needed to ship my belongings, all whilst in quarantine myself. The delivery date was not met and when my belongings were finally shipped they sent them to the wrong address. This then caused over a week of more delays. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. Use another.

Staff is so rude, they don't have talking sense. The service they provided so poor and didn't give enough information about the courier . They don't know how to deal with customers. I have wasted my money and time on courier but still did get delivery of courier. They are not geting any responsibility if courier.

My experience with the staff of Pack and Send was effortless and pleasant, and I recommend their services to anyone who likes the hassles and worries of sending a precious package internationally taken away from them. From getting a quote to me asking repeated questions to meeting face to face to prepare my laptop to go from Sydney to Japan, right to to my wife’s doorstep, the staff at P&S made it easy. The package arrived 9 days earlier than expected and in perfect condition. My wife was very happy with the service. I was too. Package tracking was simple and real time and put me at ease during the shipment. Thank you Pack and Send, you’re an all-in-one door to door courier service I would recommend to my family and friends. The service is very poor, as I have sent the courier 10 kg from Australia to India and they charged 350$ to send courier and now in India they are not releasing the courier and asking for 1000$ to release. This service has not given me the correct information and mislead me and also wasted my money and time. I have spent so much money to send courier and also my time. They are harassing me about asking money. Pack and send didn’t give me full information about that india will ask for money and will not release the package. I am so frustrated with the service they have given me. Don’t waste your money and time there. They have misleaded me. Even I asked them to bring the package back and also asking money to get the package

Parcel was correctly labelled to a business address in Brisbane but dumped by the courier - Couriers Please - in the front entrance of a private residence. No signature taken. Upon returning home the home-owner recognised the business and called them about their package. Couriers Please said in writing they could not assist in collecting and redelivering the parcel as it was Pack and Send's problem. Apparently the sender (myself) has to contact Pack and Send despite not knowing where the package now 2 days overdue was. Responses from Pack and Send very dismissive -said the delivery part of the process was nothing to do with them and "don't worry it's only a small amount of money anyway". The promised email response from the manager has never arrived. Final outcome was the receiver had to drive across the suburb to collect their own parcel. SLACK!
