I missed a delivery (and still haven't found the card) so found out I had to go to Pack & Send at Adamstown. I had never been in a Pack & Send office before & had no idea what to expect. When I walked in I said "Hi I'm here to pick up a package..." and was almost immediately interrupted to be asked "Well who is it with Couriers Please, (others)? I can't look for it unless I know who it was with!" Later I was told to view the packages out the back because 'there was a lot of deliveries & knowing who it was with would make it easier to find'. Fair enough I guess but it could have been done in a nicer way - perhaps "Hi I'm here to pick up a package" - fairly standard intro from someone unaware of the process (and what I've said when collecting something from Australia Post) could be met with "Sure, I can help with that - who was it delivered with?" "Sure, I can help..." gives confidence it can be completed and is a positive thing to say. Asking questions after that is reasonable. Expecting the customer to know your methods is not. I felt this was not a fair or polite way to deal with a customer and led to an unpleasant experience.

Bernadette is probably the rudest and least customer centric operator I've ever contacted. Learn how to show some respect. Disgusting. Will never use agai and encourage others to not use either.

Went in to purchase some tape and some shrink wrap for some items I wished to send. When I asked for some clear shrink wrap, the elderly male employee snapped ‘why do you want that for!!!’ Well sir it’s so I can pack and send some nunya. Nunya business! And while he blathered on about not having any and why he didn’t see the need to be wrapping items in shrink wrap, I was using my phone to access Apple Pay to purchase the rolls of tape he had provided me. He then said ‘well if you are just going to stand there and play with your phone I’ll just ignore you’ and stormed off. Well toddled off. Poor customer service and I’d say given his attitude to modern technology, they are using carrier pigeons and horse and cart to deliver packages. Go here if you want some old timey judgemental grandparent experience.

Pack & Send are the worst movers I've ever experienced as they damaged my goods and did exactly what I told them not to do because it would damage my goods. They said they would not do it and then did it anyway. I asked them not to do one thing and they agreed and then did it anyway. To not be able to follow one simple/basic instruction and cause almost $400 damage due to their ignorance is beyond my ability to understand how they are still in business. They are pathetic.

A huge thank you to Phil & Bernadine for retrieving our Covid stranded luggage from Kenya. Their patience and perseverance in being able to pick it up, finally paid off and they kept us updated daily on their progress. Fantastic Service, picked up Tanilba Bay 10:30 am Wed, delivered 14:12 pm Thursday. Can't expect better service than that for a 25 Kg package. Well done guys.
