Very happy and no damage to car seats Cairns to Sydney in 5 days. Multiple large car seats delivered to pack & send depot . They wrapped and boxed. I don't know of another VERY EASY solution that can get multiple large car seats safely packaged and delivered over the phone from 2,000 klm's away.

I have had a similar experience to other reviews below. I took my unboxed computer monitor in on Monday before 10am and was told that to ensure the safety of the item the franchise owner David Sykes wanted to pack it well, so that it might not be sent that day but definitely the next. I was then charged $175 which I felt was very high but due to needing it sent asap I paid it. When I hadn't received a tracking number by 2pm the next day I emailed and then called the store and left a message. On Wednesday I received a stock standard email saying it was now ready to send and providing a tracking number. After several emails back and forth where I calmly explained why I was not impressed with the service for $175, I received an email from the franchise owner David Sykes. He stated that the item was not sent as something came up yesterday. Not satisfied with that explanation David called me and then proceeded to say the item was sent but then after further questioning it actually was still in the store. Deeply unhappy with David's service and professionalism I agreed to pick up the item with a full refund. Huge amount of stuffing around and a waste of everyone's time. Would not recommend dealing with this Cairns Franchise, they are obviously very expensive and don't back up that cost with even remotely acceptable service.
