Just dealt with Yufeng over the phone. I had ordered a delivery through the packnsend online portal and called the main number at which time they advised me to cancel the booking and go direct through the store as it would guarantee receiving it on time. When I called the store I was put through the Yufeng who said it would still arrive on time with the online booking and there’s no need to change it. He even offered to call the online call centre and change the pickup address to his store. He did all this for me without the store making a dollar off it. This kind of customer service doesn’t exist anymore and I couldn’t be more thankful! I will always think of this store for any future courier service and cannot recommend Yufeng and the team highly enough!!!
