New small cardboard moving boxes from Perth to Melbourne, containing household items. Boxes were mistreated, spilling items when I picked them up. No one from pack and send or the transport company (TNT) took responsibility. My recommendation would be to not use cardboard boxes.

The parcel was picked up within an hour of being left outside the front door and was delivered within the expected time frame. I'm very happy with the whole process.

Great overall experience. Competitive price and courier picked up from the front door. Had an 8 hour pickup window which was a little annoying, but probably could have left unattended

First rate service. I was given help to pack the parcel more efficiently & then clear & itemised billing. The parcel was in northern Western Australia faster than the usual mail delivery for a Letter. We were very satisfied & impressed.
