Package picked up as planned. Somehow even though it was scanned in to multiple depots it had vanished. Still can't believe how this can happen. Almost 4 weeks later the package turns up at a local book store rather than at the specific address the package was to be delivered to. I would like an explanation about this please

Exceptional customer service from Suzanne and the team at Pack & Send Toowoomba. This year, sending freight has been incredibly challenging, particularly sending goods overseas. Suzanne works consistently to provide updates and information to reduce the stress of timely deliveries. The best thing is we can leave items for her team to professionally pack - she has access to all the tools and equipment at her office to make that happen easily.

I needed to get box delivered to me in Sydney from USA. Service was quick (4 days!) and online booking super easy and literally a third of the price of competitor couriers! Def recommend and will be using again for sure. Staff on phone very knowledgeable and helpful.

We needed professional handling for our item which had to be sent interstate. After a bit of research we contacted Dave with full details of what we required. He was soon back to us with everything sorted and a quote ready. We compared the price with others and were very happy to accept Dave's. Everything went like clockwork. Our item arrived in excellent condition - the custom packing was made to measure. We got great service and good value. Thanks Dave!

Picked up & delivered on time. Arrived in good order - very happy. Would def recommend pack & send for international pick ups. Customer service was excellent with follow up as I needed to change date of pick up. All went smoothly & no extra cost for change of day for pick up! Fabulous.

After being given the runaround by PO, Pack&Send handled it straight away in the middle of COVID lockdown. Delivered promptly, earlier than tracking estimate. Great service, would use them again.
