This business went the extra mile for us in sending consignments of household goods all over Australia. Expert packers of all shapes and sizes and very pleasant to deal with. They were very professional but still had the warmth of a family business.

Terrible service. Not open to pick parcel up. Business hours are 9am to 12pm Saturday morning. Had an eBay parcel there to be collected. Went at 10.35am and store is closed. How are you meant to pick up your parcel? Rang phone number and goes to voicemail saying to call back during business hours!

Package pick up was arranged perfectly, logistical challenges were dealt with in an easy problem solving attitude backed by experience. Tracking was available, and product arrived on time, was packed well and was in perfect condition. Great communicators. Happy to recommend and used this company due to a friend's recommendation.

Wasted $20 posting my Parcel with AusPost ... Franchise Store Owners didn't tell me about the dimension restrictions so it got returned to me. Booked a pickup with Pack & Send and it was a breeze! They collected on schedule, delivered on schedule and charged the same as AusPost! Their approach is if it fits in the van, they can ship it :-) Will definitely use in the future.
