Quite frankly, not that impressed. Ordered & paid for delivery service on 25th August. Parcel was not picked up until 7th September - and even then, there was no apology for such a long delay. Communication & customer service definitely lacking. I had to chase Pack & Send up twice before they finally collected the parcel. Perhaps if I'd been more actively chasing them, they might have actually done their job sooner, but with home-schooling and running a business from home, I didn't have the time to be calling them every day. Package arrived reasonably quickly (once they finally bothered to collect it). But something is very wrong in their system if they cannot self-regulate their own pickups.

The lady that served me couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. My parcel arrived sooner than expected and there were no problems whatsoever. Very happy with the excellent service.
