DO NOT GO TO PACK&SEND MASCOT ! Two months ago, I tried to send gifts through them to my family in Bangladesh and they charged me $900 which I paid. This was the first time I sent items anywhere through a delivery service and I clarified everything with their customer representative who promised me D2D service, however they are now telling me that I have to pay them an additional $1500 to clear the items through Bangladesh customs. This was not mentioned before I hired them. They also put a false amount of the items on the consignment form without consulting with me. This caused the items to be stopped at the Bangladesh airport with an issuance of penalty. I tried to solve this issue through Pack&Send Mascot by speaking to it's manager named Hank for over 1 month with innumerable phone calls and emails. He kept wasting my time with no result. Now Pack&Send Mascot doesn't pick up my phone anymore and the items are still stuck at the overseas airport. This is a fraudulent business practice.

extremely over priced. They got the job done eventually but would not recommend. They just give to a courier to send. Poor communication.

Lost a small item on a domestic flight and was referred to these guys to have it sent back to me. They ended up charging me $121.00, without giving an estimate beforehand, to have it returned. That's a very deceitful way to do business.

We needed a large item sent from Sydney to Brisbane at short notice, called Monday morning and they gave me a quote. We flew to Sydney picked up the item that day, dropped it off and their office and everything was taken care off. Package was well wrapped it weighted 140kgs and was fragile, and it was here the following Monday as promised, such good service thank you.
