Can’t thank Amy & the team enough. They were able to pick up our lost phone at Sydney airport & post it to us with in a few hours The phone arrived in a timely fashion in a neat padded package. Send a parcel to be picked up from there. Parcel received on the 14th. Today is the 22nd. No notification or SMS. Saturday supposed to be open 0930-1230 but just arrived and it’s closed. Person on after hours phone does not understand that I’m picking up the parcel and told me to go to kings cross. Use at your own risk…

Is a HUBBED location, but wouldn't accept a HUBBED drop off. Rude. Unhelpful. If you're going to offer a service, offer all of the service and not just the stuff that makes you money.

What a absolute joke all that they did was send thru Aust post No idea even between stores where parcel was and charged $340 for overnight night delivery which took 5 days to arrive in there store

I accidentally left my laptop at the security checkpoint in Sydney. Pack&Send Mascot gave me a quote by email and, after considering it, I gave them the go-ahead on the Friday. They went into action straight away: collecting my item from Lost Property at the airport, boxing it up, and sending it to me in Birmingham, U.K. They kept me informed of where my laptop was throughout its journey which was very reassuring. It arrived on Tuesday - just 4 days after I ordered the delivery! That was even over a weekend - Incredible! I’d say this must be the gold standard of courier services. Thank you!

Just as I was about to board my flight from Terminal 2 of Sydney Airport, I realised that I had left my Carry-on bag whilst going through Security and I made the decision not to miss my flight. Later, when I got home, I Googled "Sydney Airport Lost Property" which linked to an information sheet and lost property form which I completed. Next morning, I received a phone call from Lost Property indicating that they had my bag and advised that I should use Pack & Send to look after getting it to my home. That was excellent advice. Daniel, from Pack & Send phoned me from the Lost Property Office, quoted, and gave me an estimate of when it would arrive at my home. He later kept me informed of progress including when it was nearing delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.
