Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods are not accepted by PACK & SEND for transport. The "No Dangerous Goods" declaration on the PACK & SEND consignment note must be completed by the customer or the consignment will not be accepted.

Dangerous goods include:

Explosives

Ammunition
Fireworks
Incendiary devices

Gases

Aerosol sprays, such as fly spray and deodorants
Cigarette lighters
LPG containers
Scuba diving tanks
Fire extinguishers

Flammable liquids

Paint
Bleaches
Drain cleaners
Petrol

Flammable solids

Matches

Oxidising materials

Hair and textile dyes
Fibreglass repair kits
Certain adhesives

Poisons

Drugs
Medicines

Radio Active materials

Corrosives

Wet cell batteries

Miscellaneous goods

Mercury thermometers
Perfume
Nail Polish
Toys containing batteries Machinery such as lawn mowers and motor-bikes cannot be despatched unless the machinery contains no Dangerous Goods (e.g. petrol, wet cell batteries). It is imperative that any item or machinery that has a fuel tank or fuel container (e.g. Camping stoves etc) are completely drained of all liquid fuel before despatch.
